Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Imperium Chauffeurs' services, including our website, booking platform, and chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services in Dubai, UAE.

Description of Services

Imperium Chauffeurs provides premium chauffeur and luxury car rental services, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers (arrivals and departures)
• Point-to-point transfers within Dubai and UAE
• Hourly chauffeur services for business and leisure
• Corporate transportation solutions
• Special event transportation (weddings, corporate events)
• Luxury vehicle rentals with or without chauffeur

Booking and Reservations

When making a booking with Imperium Chauffeurs:

• You must provide accurate and complete information including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact details.
• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from our team.
• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 48 hours for special events.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp with all service details.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices include standard service fees. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, and extended hours.
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (for certain services).
• For certain bookings, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Special event bookings (weddings, corporate events) may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Imperium Chauffeurs, you agree to:

• Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
• Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
• Not smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
• Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your use
• Comply with UAE laws and regulations during the service

Waiting Time Policy

• Standard pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
• Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from flight landing
• Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate

Limitation of Liability

Imperium Chauffeurs shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, weather conditions, road closures, or acts of God. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Insurance

All our vehicles are fully insured in accordance with UAE regulations. Passengers are covered under our comprehensive insurance policy during the service. However, personal belongings left in the vehicle are not covered by our insurance.

Lost and Found

Imperium Chauffeurs is not responsible for items left in vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to return any lost items found. Please contact us within 24 hours of your service to report lost items. A handling fee may apply for item delivery.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
